Pascal Renouard de Vallière’s New Year’s reception is now a well-established tradition and took place on 7 December 2006.  As always, the hosts’ guests included decision-makers and prominent members of the world of international affairs: diplomats, politicians, artists and celebrities, as well as senior officials.
